That’s why we got a legal opinion covering every U.S. state where sweepstakes casinos are allowed. By the way, it took us about three weeks.
Step 3: Executed the Project
In addition to the legal opinion, we applied to over 30 banks, both traditional and electronic money institutions (EMIs), to open an account. We guided the client through every step of the KYC process and account setup.
We also found a payment solution provider that could support a US-based sweepstake casino and got it fully integrated.
From tech vendors to compliance partners, we handled all negotiations. The client didn’t need to coordinate anything or get involved in endless back-and-forth. They spent just 15 minutes completing the application, excluding time to collect the documents. We handled the rest.
