Launching an iGaming project for international markets always faces challenges such as problems with regulation, payment flows, and provider requirements. Our client from the Czech Republic came to us at exactly that moment.
Everything had been set: the idea, the product, the market. But when the licensing stage came, the process stalled: the provider wasn’t aligned with new Anjouan requirements, and the payment structure didn’t pass compliance logic.
Many projects break right here. This one didn’t due to the fact we rebuilt the structure and moved forward with clarity and speed.
About the client
Type: B2C
Location: Czech Republic, company willing to go for an international market
Project: launch a worldwide gaming project with a clean regulatory framework and a working payment setup
What a Client Needed
The client came to us with a clear aim to launch rapidly and legally, dealing two obstacles that were:
- Anjouan has stricter rules for content providers, requiring Anjouan B2B licence or Recognition certificate. That provided a big problem for all B2C customers.
- Planned payment processing didn’t meet all the requirements or the regulators which means that one payment can close all opportunities to grow for the company.
They needed fast, regulator approval business structure, reliable payment system and verified provider documentation.
How We Approached This
We planned our work structure properly in case we gave the result as fast as we always complete it.
At first, in 2 working days after receiving all documents that we needed, we incorporated a Belize operating company. That would allow us to move forward to the licensing part rather than waiting on incorporation.
Then we prepared the full submission paperwork, including corporate records, KYC, operating descriptions, and standardized the formation in each application to avoid regulator’s rejections.
After all, dealing with the payments track, we set up a Cyprus entity as a payment agent and connected the payment process to the planned transactions. It made the whole money process much more reliable and met all the requirements of the regulators from the start.
Back to the new restrictions of Anjouan, that meant we had to show a provider legal status properly. We drafted the working structure that is appropriate for Anjouan’s rules. Also we collected license, recognition, supporting declaration, and remade agreements, so the regulators would receive the clear and structural evidence documentary.
Many can suppose that there are too many actions for the short span of time. Our experience allows us to do all the tasks in parallel with precious accuracy. We know what to do, and our results speak volumes.
Results That Matter
We made it in less than a month. As you can see, on 9th September 2025 regulator confirmed and accepted all the documents that we helped to collect, then on 6th October 2025 B2C License issued.
Furthermore, this client has estimated the speed and clarity of our work, and is going on using our corporate services.
Rapid approvals are not luck, they are a clear structured plan and experienced team. We are here to take the responsibility of all the parts of this process, and remove all uncertainties and make the documents easy to read for the regulators.
If this case inspired you to open a licensed iGaming Business, we are here to help you step by step with the organisation of this process.
